I love this picture so much. I can't get enough of it ^^ Started in on Friday and finished it on Sunday.

I am a BB/Rae junkie :D

Anyway, I did shade this, but in the end I decided that I really didn't like all of the shading. It made the picture too dark and heavy and frankly I just liked it before I started shading. *shrugs* This way it looks lighter and prettier ^^ The shaded version is still on my computer, and I don't know if I will ever do anything with it.

The pose was based on a sculpture that I saw in a book about umpteen million years ago. I don't remember the name of the piece, nor do I remember who the artist was. I just remember that pose and how much I liked it. I changed a few things around a bit, but I think that I kept the overall mood of the pose.

Uh... yeah ^^;; So anyway, here you go. No critiques please. I don't care if my proportions ARE all out whack. This piece just makes my week.
