 I was inspired to do some art of my character Starling with my dearest buddyfriend  's character Yai. I suppose if they existed in the same universe, they might turn out to be friends  Yai is a character in Michelle's upcoming book/story. I can't wait to read more . I meant to do a much nicer background, but thought that it turned out pretty well, considering that this was the 4th attempt at it.I lurve you, Michellie! I'm glad to be your friend and fellow Tolkien Posse sister, and I hope you have a wonderful school year. Sorry if I messed up on Yai's shoes. I don't think that you ever drew her shoes for me during any of our coffee/sketching sessions. I hope I did her justice!! Much love, dearest elf-friend. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. God we are such nerds arent we? I liked the fact that you changed Satrling, Im digging her look a lot more with the hood rather than the scarf she had before. Im redesigning Gateway as well. Ive always envied the way you've drawn faces. Thats not one of my strong points.
